I've had so many problems with this company, not least being unable to get through on the phone. It's really stressful and upsetting. I'm not impressed by them at all. I just wrote them an email complaining about the shoddy service.

a little ray of sunshine here .. lol
had a missed phone call while i was out on Tuesday afternoon, it said withheld .. anyway i knew i was due my call from Healthcare re delivery and i knew Healthcare came up as withheld.
thought about it this morning and took the plunge to call them after brekkie on the free phone number .. got straight through, yes they had tried to call me and yes my delivery will arrive on due date!!
so hoping the nightmare of the last time has now gone, i did mention it but nothing was made of it.
thought i'd let you know for anyone due their's soon,
Suzanne

.. after my rant last time, give them their due, this time they phoned me to make an appointment between 8-12, and lo! they arrived at 10 past 10. So perhaps they are getting their act together. Helen

well phoning Healthcare did prove costly last December,
3 half hour-ish calls of not getting through on 0870 number amounted to about £10.00
this spurred me to phoning BT today after viewing my bill on line and have updated my bill to include all calls daytime, evening and weekend calls free including 0870 and 0845 as well as Landline.
i was on evening and weekend free calls before, they have included free caller diaplay for the year as well, for which we are now charged.
my mobile give's me free landline numbers but i don't get a good reception at home.
just some info.

I have not had recent problems with HCAH but have in the past. Each time they say that they have not received a prescription from the hospital, and I have been without meds for up to 3 weeks. The way I sort it now is to ring my rheumy nurse, and tell her what HCAH are saying, she speaks to pharmacy and they usually say it has been sent, so who is at fault I still do not know, but so far this has worked well, and within a few days meds are delivered. I have been dealing with them for 3 years now, once they were having problems getting mtx themselves, and I think it has been 3 times that they have blamed the hospital for not sending a prescription. And now it seems the company is even bigger, Good luck Zena xx

Hc@h have been getting worse. Last month I had a few emails saying I don't tell them my stock numbers (I email them back) threats to stop my meds because I don't reply to their emails :( So I rung them, lady didn't speak the language....so call went round in circles which resorted to me raising my voice. Basically email customer take 10 days to pass on to phone customer service. So so so annoying. This month I've had no emails to ask for stock check. My day off will be wasted on the phone.
When the courier comes, courier isn't local and not on time.
Waste of my time tomorrow ;(

oh Jane,
disappointing to hear,
especially after my last post where everything went ship shape for my last delivery,
have you noted the free phone number either on this email or the other Healthcare at Home thread, there are two running, one i started and one NRAS also posted.
fingers crossed,
Suzanne x

Hi all, Well after an improvement last month, I now find myself out of Humira, no call from hah to arrange a delivery, and am now sitting in a phone queue waiting to talk to someone. Reposting the number just to check this is the standard rate one. Helen

Just spent 25 mins confirming my delivery today
Due 12.30 to 2.30 asked if they're back to Christmas chaos only reply I got was experiencing high call volume told them I felt panic stricken and to pass my concerns on
Healthcare prompted me to change my BT call plan which now includes 0870 as a free call within the hour but I still have the free number not sure if it's on this or other Healthcare thread
posting on my tablet will check when on my comp later
just not good enough is it

update,
parcel came bang on the last money of 2.30,
was beginning to get that sinking feeling would i have to phone them again!
spoke to delivery driver, told him i thought problems all sorted out .. he said they've been updating computer systems, i also said are you the same Courier Servive, he said that's part of the problem they are integrating with other's ( not really sure what he meant on that one ) was so relieved to see him at my door.
he said problems should be ironed out in a couple of weeks,
so do i dread next delivery already?
anyone else please post with experiences, am dreading delivery day now.

Thanks for bumping up the free number - I was on the premium number for about six minutes I think, so that'll be a nice surprise in the next phone bill! Helen

now i have the free phone number and also have 0870 calls included in my new BT package,
i take it you got through after 6 minute's?
